Well, we certainly can’t guarantee what actually constitutes “compliant” but we have read a whole bunch of articles and one of the things that you CAN do on your Clickfunnels pages is add a CLEAR CHECKBOX that will

Now, in Clickfunnels, there is no way to add a checkbox onto your pages.
Even in FunnelU there isn’t an option to add the CF-Checkbox onto anything other than an order form.
So, what we did was modify the SMS Optin code and hide the SUBMIT button for your optin forms
