Mark is the friendly Intercom customer service bot, that Clickfunnels implemented to provide you with a great customer service experience. Mark will answer all your questions, under one condition. Follow his every move. Mark is a leader, and he enjoys people doing what he tells them to do.

Indeed, he’ll proudly answer any questions that you, as a #Funnelhacker, need to ask. Whether you’re using our Funnel Fix It to fix broken links on your marketing funnels or whether you’re having issues displaying the correct videos on your webinar, Mark’s still there hovering in the background. He can often offer assistance for common issues… if you play by his rules, that is.
Stepping out of Mark’s way (momentarily), here’s what we have to say. “While ClickFunnels is focused on building their tool and active user base and on their own internal launches (with a big backlog of bug fixes like any SAAS business), it’s hard to see how Support could be on the top of their priority list - At Funnel Fix It, Support IS our list of to do’s for you :)“
Intercom is responsible for this bot, Mark, answering all and any question you could have about ClickFunnels, usually within a few days.

Will Intercom Commandeer my Website? Mark Seems Like a Control Freak.
No, Mark won’t take over your website, unless you don’t follow his directions. That’s a complete joke; Mark says he will steer clear from any funnels or web pages you’ve setup.
In fact, he’ll appear as Mark to you but not to anyone else. He won’t exist as far as your customers are concerned; why would THEY want to fix issues they run into while they’re visiting YOUR web pages?
Let’s explain that another way:
“Don’t worry, your visitors to your funnels and web pages won’t be able to see Mark talking to them, only you see this as you are logged into your account. To fix it, just log in, and above the little blue Intercom icon in the bottom left of your screen, there is a “Clear All” link. Just hit that. Note: this link only appears if you have a little red dot on that icon letting you know that you have Alternatively, you can open the icon and click on each of the articles that are there. “
Mark says he thinks you’ll be quite fond of him. Just remember, do what he tells you to do!
